The Role

If you enjoy keeping operations organised, communicating with a range of people and ensuring information is accurate, this role offers the opportunity to make a practical contribution to CBH’s fertiliser operations.

As Administrator – Fertiliser Weighbridge, you will help coordinate vehicle movements, weighbridge access and fertiliser receivals while providing administration support to the site team. Your attention to detail and clear communication will help operations run safely and efficiently.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate vehicle movements, parking instructions and weighbridge access to support safe and efficient fertiliser receivals.
  • Accurately enter operational information into relevant systems and maintain reliable site documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day administration support to the Manager – Fertiliser Operations and broader site team.
  • Deliver clear communication to growers, grower representatives, transporters and site personnel.
  • Follow CBH safe systems of work and assist with site safety, hygiene and administration activities.

 

About You:

 

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to keep operations running smoothly
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with computer-based tasks
  • Willingness to undertake training 
  • Be committed to safe work practices and effective teamwork.

 

 

Desirable

  • Agricultural knowledge
  • Quality assurance experience
